I had a wonderful experience at this salon when I came in for a balayage. From the very beginning, I was welcomed warmly and even offered a delicious cappuccino, which was such a nice touch. Before starting, the stylist explained the entire process to me in detail, and continued to guide me through each step during the lightening process. Everything was done with so much patience and great care for the health of my hair. I also really appreciated how much attention they gave to my comfort as a client — they made sure I felt relaxed and well taken care of the whole time. Today was my first time at White Palm Beauty, and I'm thrilled with the results! The consultation was very friendly, open, and honest. They discussed exactly what I wanted and clearly explained any potential risks. Throughout the entire treatment, they consistently addressed my needs, which made me feel very comfortable and well cared for. Both my final result and the salon itself are simply fantastic. Highly recommended – I'll definitely be back!
This was my second visit, and I'm thrilled once again. Both Noemi and Nina are incredibly competent and talented hairdressers, and I always felt completely at ease. I was very happy with the results on both occasions. The excellent consultation, attentive service, and pleasant atmosphere are particularly noteworthy. A nice bonus is the delicious cocktails you can enjoy during your appointment – it makes the visit a little spa moment :) I'm already looking forward to my next appointment.

Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with my visit to White Palm Beauty. From the beginning, I clearly communicated that I wanted to go significantly blonder again. Since I'm not familiar with balayage or highlights myself, I relied on the salon's professional advice. I was recommended balayage. However, the result didn't meet my expectations at all. The roots and large areas on the top of my head remained very dark. Especially with my hair tied back, it's barely noticeable that I've even been to the hairdresser. Furthermore, the result looks uneven in places. I immediately reported my dissatisfaction and sent photos. Initially, I was told that I would have to book a new service for the correction and would only receive a 30% discount. Only later was I offered a free touch-up as a compromise. Unfortunately, I still wasn't satisfied with the result. What disappoints me most is that I relied on the advice of the professionals. If I had been told honestly from the start that my desired result wasn't achievable, I would have made a different decision. The whole situation is also very emotionally distressing for me. Since that visit, I've been reluctant to look in the mirror and feel completely uncomfortable with my hair. I never would have expected this after a visit to the hairdresser. Unfortunately, the consultation, the price, and the final result didn't match up at all. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this salon.
