I’ve been very lucky to have treatments from Sibilla and her wonderful sweet team, Sarina and Moira. My first haircut and blow‑dry was fantastic, and the hospitality made it even better. Sibilla provides a personal, attentive service that makes you feel completely cared for. The team’s chemistry is incredible, and their connection is what makes The Shift stand out. I honestly can’t wait to go back. I love my new hair colour !!

I especially appreciate their honest advice – they clearly state what they wouldn't recommend, and I find that incredibly important for keeping my hair healthy! The quality is truly superb. They work with high-quality products and really listen to what's important to you! You feel truly well cared for! I also had a K-Scan analysis (scalp and hair analysis) done there, which was extremely helpful because it allowed me to adjust my hair care routine. Sibilla showed me suitable products (tailored to my needs), and the application is super easy! I'm not usually one to write many reviews, but THE SHIFT – and especially Sibilla – absolutely deserves it. I'm already looking forward to my next appointment and to the interesting and pleasant conversations in the new and super stylish salon. ♥️ PS: After always being blonde, I tried something new and I'm super happy with the result.
Every time I make an appointment with Sibilla, I count down the days to the appointed day 🥹😱🫶🏻 Sibilla is a PROFESSIONAL in every way. Wonderful atmosphere, a variety of products and services, in short, a paradise for women. Today I did the Head Spa, which was wonderful. Relaxation, tension relief, and pampering for my hair. I'm always so happy after my visit to The Shift! 🥰 Sibilla is incredibly warm and welcoming, gives honest advice, and always wants to get the best results for you and your hair. I always feel completely comfortable and in good hands with her. What I also love is that I can easily drop in between appointments to get my curtain bangs trimmed.
