Best hairdresser I‘ve ever been to (and I‘ve tried out many - especially in Zurich)! Ramona is the absolute master when it comes to color (blonde balayage). To all of those who want to become a real blonde -> go to Naia! And also everytime I come to my appointment it feels like holiday. The whole Naia team makes you feel like a superstar. I have been going to the salon for many years for a good reason. The service is outstanding and my stylist Robin really listens and understands the vision for my hair. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to be able to make me feel as beautiful and confident as the stylists and the team here at NAIA. The salon itself is beautiful and centrally located. Many of the staff office speak English, which is really helpful and appreciated.

It's not my first time with this salon, this time I went to have my hair colour fixed which I did myself at home. I'm never again colouring my hair by myself at home, I made myself look like a grey mouse, hair completely devoid of shine and vibrance and may I add, I didn't even get the result I'd been after. Naia Hair to the rescue: Stella did her magic and a few hours later I looked like my old self again. I've had highlights done and together with a toner she easily managed to rid my hair of brassiness and most importantly she added heaps of shine and softness to my hair...how did she do that?!? utter professionalism, I'm forever grateful. She saved my hair and made it look even healthier - magic! The relaxing atmosphere of the salon and the laid-back approach of the hairdressers really adds to the whole "I'm in the right place"-experience, you won't be sorry if you give them a try. I walked in unplanned one evening just to get bangs and Sophie was able to book me! She was so pleasant and I loved my new look. A couple days later I took my daughter in for her first big girl haircut - she was so kind and my daughter loved her new hair. The whole experience was easy going and great energy! Highly recommend.
