Sinthu & Rose did my eyebrows, and they did an amazing job! They were friendly, professional, and paid attention to detail. I can honestly say these are the best eyebrows I’ve had so far in Switzerland, and I’ve been to several different places. I’m so happy with the result and will definitely be coming back!
I was at lovely Eyebrows by Sinthu in Lucerne, and her work is brilliant. My eyebrows are perfect—such a beautiful result. A great atmosphere with a feel-good vibe. Price-performance ratio is absolutely top-notch.
I have been coming to Lovely Brows for the past year and have to say that these are the best my eyebrows have looked in the 16 years I have been threading my eyebrows. Anna is the most exceptional and meticulous threader, and knows how to treat her customers and make them feel so special and cared for. I always look forward to coming here and would recommend it to anyone and everyone.
Although it is the best you can find in Luzern, it is not an excellent service when compared to what is done around the world. There is no consistency; some days it goes very well, and some days it goes very badly. We are always dependent on the mood or the employee who is available... Unfortunately, I have been getting my eyebrows done at this place for two years and it is always a surprise whether it will go well or not. Today I was unlucky. I think they need more skill when it comes to designing; they do not take care to take measurements of the face; they rely on intuition and feeling, which most of the time does not meet the client's preferences.Half is done with tweezers where is threading concept? Of corse some co-workers are better but we never now when they work. Disappointed. I have already tried the 3 stores: Solothurn, Biene, Luzern, and the same issue. Online booking could help solve the frustration... Unfortunatly the company is not taking in consideration feedback . August 2025 I visited again the store and the co-worker want start make my eyebrows without even ask me what shape I like. I tolk I would like She measure before start because last time the shape was not good and they are not similar. She made it after some resistence and the conclusion was the shape is bad I can't make so much ( if is bad is due the previous work in this store ) I aspect at list a try of correction . In the end I decided not make my eyebrows and I left the store.
I went to get my eyebrows done, but the person who worked on me plucked them in the wrong direction, pulling against the hair growth. It’s been about two months, and the ingrown hairs have only just healed. I don’t recommend this place.
