Hygiene in the rooms is okay, but the staff reek of smoke. (They even stand outside smoking.) The consultation was with Ms. Ting, who promises the moon at exorbitant prices. Anyone with a little knowledge knows that it's impossible to be hair-free that quickly. I didn't feel comfortable enough and wouldn't risk my health.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Most horrible experience ever. I was left with scars all over the face, legs, neck,... Lack of professionals, they do not listen to the client, they just want you to pay and thats about it. The 5 stars positive comments are written by themselves.
