I appreciated the transparency and found the pricing reasonable for Lucerne. The overall service was very good, and I especially valued how my concerns from a previous visit were addressed in a professional and constructive way. While I usually enjoy chatting with my hairdresser, I also appreciated the more relaxed atmosphere during this visit. The head massage included in the service was particularly pleasant and provided a much-needed quiet moment. There were a few minor communication difficulties during the appointment, even though we shared the same native language, but these things can happen and did not significantly affect the overall positive experience.

Never had a worse blowout styling in my life. I’ve been in salons around Europe and I have extensions so I consider myself competent at least what I should expect!!! No products were applied to my hair at all after wetting it for blowout! Couple of times I asked the lady to be more gentle even tho I could see she was having a hard time using her hands. The staff is 70% young girls. A blowout hairstyle requires a good pull to straighten and a good roll to curve and create bounce and volume. I’m just adding photos from the elevator in the building second after leaving the place and paying full price!
