I came on recommendation after my cousin said this was the best place to get nails done in Zurich. I genuinely feel like this was the best manicure I’ve ever gotten, as Alessandra went above and beyond to give me a great experience. I explained that I wanted subtle yet detailed fun nails, and she even made me a Pinterest board based on our conversation, which looked nearly identical to my own Pinterest board! Then she creatively came up with a design that suited my needs, and did executed it with great skill and care. Her studio is very comfortable and feminine, with fresh flowers and beautiful decorations. Her music playlist was super cool too and she was very warm and kind. She even gave me coffee, water, and chocolates while I sat reading from my phone on a little stand during the process. I was super impressed with how she mixed custom colors to match my skin tone on a palette made from amethyst crystal. She did a great job on my manicure and pedicure and is a real artist. I would love to come back next time I’m in Zurich.
Alessandra is the best. I went to get my Japanese manicure and was thinking I should buy some matcha for myself afterwards. When I got to the studio, she offered me matcha to drink…. I think she can read minds hahaha. I loved the new space.
